Fliss Freeborn
Fliss Freeborn is a Glasgow-based food writer with a passion for thrifty cooking. She is the youngest ever panel member on BBC R4’s The Kitchen Cabinet, the winner of the 2023 Fortnum and Mason Cookery Writer of the year Award, and has recently published her first cookbook, Do Yourself a Flavour.
When not raiding supermarket yellow-sticker chillers, or eating cheddar and chutney toasties, you’ll find her galumping about the Scottish Highlands with a tent on her back and a pork pie in her pocket.
